Payment & Delivery
100% advance payment required. Delivery in 25 working days (cheque payments post fund transfer). No cancellations after payment. No refunds if the product matches the website. Orders exceeding 30 days incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Order Changes
Modifications allowed up to 10 days before delivery if the amount is equal to or greater. No changes after delivery.
Delivery Terms
All items ship together. Report defects via email/WhatsApp in time. Delivery dates may vary. Extra charges for upper-floor deliveries without a cargo elevator.
